I bought this to go with a jar I was given by a work colleague and it's my first attempt at doing one these.The instructions were very clear and everything was very well packaged. One of the plants had some damage but nothing worth complaining about.The pink/red fittonia was my own addition.I used half the gravel, half the compost and 1/4 of the moss so have almost enough to do another one!BE WARNED... VERY ADDICTIVE 😁Now I want to do hundreds of them!

When we moved into our new house the previous owner had left a large round glass jar that I kept thinking would make a great terrarium. I finally got round to trying it and ordered this wee kit. It was just the right size for the jar and I'm so pleased with it. I'm still a little unsure about how much water I should have added and am worried I've done it wrong but that's probably on me as I'm not very green-fingered. I've since found a terrarium cork lid with lights which fits perfectly and overall I'm delighted with it.

I would have preferred smaller stones, peebles, timber and shells. For the average size displays.

Bought as a gift, my daughter loved it.
